CelSian will be delivering a five-day General Glass Technology training course in UK on 13-17 May, venue to be confirmed but planned to be in Yorkshire. The training course is an excellent introduction for new entrants to the glass industry and a perfect refresher for those with more experience. It contains a global overview of key glass making technologies from raw materials to the glass forming process.

At the end of the training attendees will have a clear view of the industrial glass production process, understanding of the current and future challenges, and plenty of ideas to optimize processes. This comprehensive course was developed in cooperation with the National Committee of the Dutch glass industry (NCNG).

The trainers: Dr Corinne Claireaux, Sjoerd Stelwagen and Neil Simpson have a wealth of practical experience across the glass industries.
