Three women leaders at HWI

HWI has promoted Melissa Bihary to Vice President, People and Organizational Effectiveness (POE). As the Chief Human Resource leader, she is responsible for developing and executing the company’s human resource strategy to support its overall business plan and strategic direction.

Ms Bihary also leads all aspects of global People Management and Operational Excellence functions, including all Human Resources business partners, talent acquisition, organisational development, and training, continuous improvement business system, and enterprise-wide project management.

The Manufacturing Institute, the workforce development and education partner of the National Association of Manufacturers, has presented Bryn Snow, Director, Application Technology - Nonferrous/Glass at HWI, with a STEP Ahead Award. The STEP Ahead Awards honour women who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in their careers and represent all levels of the manufacturing industry, from the factory floor to the C-suite.

Jodi L. Allison has been promoted to Chief Executive Assistant & Administrative Manager at HWI.

Ms Allison joined the company in 2018 as Executive Assistant to Carol Jackson, Chairman and CEO. Her expanded role recognises additional responsibilities for leading the company's administrative activities, including scheduling, administrative, and travel support for the senior leadership team and managing numerous company vendor relationships.
