Aupale Vodka is a premium spirit distilled seven times using glacier water sourced in the far north of Canada. The 750ml bottle takes nature as its inspiration and is decorated to incorporate an intricate and irregular texture reminiscent of a glacier.

Glass for Europe’s partnership with RE-Source platform

Glass for Europe’s partnership with RE-Source platform

Glass for Europe has established a new partnership with the RE-Source platform. RE-Source advocates for long-term renewable energy contracts including Power Purchase Agreements and aims at creating links between renewable energy producers and corporate buyers.

Flat glass making is an energy intensive process and the flat glass industry is exploring different disruptive routes to produce more efficiently and reduce its CO2 emissions. Increasing the share of renewable electricity is among the ways to go. Several flat glass installations have recently signed Power Purchase Agreements in different European countries. This type of long-term agreement, which ensures a fixed price for electricity, could help float glass plants to be less dependent on volatile energy markets.
