Insulating glass line orders signed and sealed

Glaston Group has closed a deal for two insulating glass lines from French window manufacturer TRYBA. The B’VARIO TPS insulating glass line is an individually configurable production line for insulating glass units, equipped with Thermo Plastic Spacer TPS.

Specialising in windows, doors, verandas and pergolas, TRYBA occupies a strong position in the French market. Already familiar with Bystronic glass products for more than two decades, the company was looking for a solution that automates and simplifies production and reduces stocks of components used in the manufacture of insulated glass units. In addition, a flexible solution was needed in response to customer demands, as well as delivering further improvements to product quality.

The B’VARIO TPS line (illustrated) offers a versatile and individual production system.

The fully automated line enables high productivity, quality and flexibility due to the state-of-the-art quality of the machines in combination with the direct application of the TPS Thermo Plastic Spacer onto the glass sheet. TPS  ‘warm edge’ technology was introduced to the market more than 25 years ago and is said to be highly appreciated by customers.

Scheduled for delivery in the second half of 2020, the lines will be capable of assembling insulating glass units up to heights of 2.7m and lengths of 3.5m.
