In early March, UK-based glass container specialist Allied Glass was audited by BSI to complete its migration to ISO 45001. This is the new worldwide standard for occupational health and safety management systems. It replaces the current OHSAS 18001 standard, which is being withdrawn.

This certification has been achieved a year before the March 2021 deadline to migrate from OHSAS 18001 and represents a significant achievement, reflecting the company’s commitment to health and safety and management system performance.
