Arglass Yamamura appoints Tony Krznar
Arglass Yamamura has appointed Tony Krznar as Vice President of Operations. With over 36 years of Technical and Operational experience leading some of the most advanced glass plants in the world, Mr Krznar is one of the last few remaining "Glass Whisperers". He is a globally recognised glass operational executive with elite technical and business improvement skills. With his exceptional track record in building high performance teams, he will lead the charge in making Arglass the best performing company in the industry.
Working under the Emhart TA program and the Yamamura team Mr Krznar has been with the company as acting Vice President since early 2022. The facility was seen to be excelling and truly answering all the challenges and doubters. Running some of the most difficult job mixes with spirits and all types of containers using multigob, blank radar, flex radar and gob radar. Keeping with the founding principles: Flexible - Efficient - Sustainable.
