A loan of €30 million has been granted by Banco BPM to Zignago Vetro to finance sustainable growth. Among the company's objectives is the reduction of energy consumption in favour of the use of renewable sources.

The company based in Fossalta di Portogruaro, Venice is a leader in the production of hollow glass containers with eight production plants, both in Italy and abroad. In the Italian market it represents one of the main manufacturers and distributors of glass containers for beverages and food, while internationally it occupies a significant position in the cosmetics and perfumery sectors, and special glasses.

In order to further improve its already considerable attention to environmental issues within its production, Banco BPM have developed a loan, aimed at respecting specific ESG KPIs.
