Encirc has been recognised as the Sustainable Manufacturing category winner at The Manufacturer MX Awards (TMMX Awards). Delivered by The Manufacturer in partnership with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), TMMX Awards are peer-reviewed and widely regarded as the gold standard in manufacturing awards. The award certifies the pioneering sustainability initiatives the company has put in place as it continues to push the boundaries of sustainable manufacturing, with the aim of reducing its environmental impact and future-proof the business.

Initiatives such as Encirc’s unique 360 service have massively increased the sustainability of entire supply chains, using bulk shipping and streamlined distribution processes to reduce carbon emissions. Alongside its pioneering 360 service, Encirc has partnered with like-minded experts and suppliers to explore opportunities with biofuels and hydrogen to further amplify glass’ sustainability credentials. The glass container manufacturer and filler has also worked within its local communities, working with schools and businesses to increase recycling levels, raise awareness around biodiversity, and showcase the importance of sustainability for the future.
