PT Asahimas Flat Glass recently inaugurated its latest float glass furnace in Cikampek, Indonesia. This is the company’s second furnace at the Cikampek site, increasing manufacturing capacity to 720,000 tonnes/year. It has been built for an investment of JPY 17,250 million and will start commercial production this March.

The ceremony was performed by Indonesian Minister of Industry, Airlangga Hartarto, along with West Java Vice Governor, Uu Ruzhanul Ulum.
