Construction has begun for the new production hall and the expansion of storage areas at the Müller+Müller "Weseraue" Holzminden site in Lower Saxony, Germany.

The investment of €15 million is intended to respond to the development in the market for pharmaceutical packaging and to create up to 50 additional jobs in the long term.

The investment includes up to 14 new production lines at the highest technical level as well as an associated clean room.

The new hall construction is to be completed by the end of the year, with the interior work to follow from January 2022.

As part of the international DWK Life Sciences Group, Müller+Müller is the headquarters for the Pharma Packaging division within the group and, with this expansion, is sending a clear signal for the Holzminden region and the strategic positioning of the company in a significant growth market.
