Jörg Raupach Sumiya has been nominated to join the Nippon Sheet Glass Co Ltd Board as an External Director, effective 27 June 2019.

The nomination is planned for approval at the 153rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 27 June. Following the approval process, the number of Independent External Directors will increase to five, forming the majority of the Board of Directors with a total of nine members.
