Known for its numerous innovations and inventions in glass melting technologies, Forglass has just announced that it will host International Training days in October. Designed to benefit primarily glass technologists, the training conference will focus on the newest developments in glass melting technology and mathematical modelling of glass furnaces. Topics include computer modelling of melting tank currents, combustion space geometry that saves energy and improves glass quality, electric boost and its use in hybrid furnaces, and methods for optimising product quality through improved sand dissolution and fining.

The Forglass International Training is set to take place on October 17-18, 2023 in Krakow, Poland.
