An agreement has been made for Hotwork International to take a significant amount of shares in Heat Applications India (HAI). This milestone will allow both companies to unify their finances and technology. Daniel Kirkham and Neelima Kirkham will continue to support the large HAI client base.

Hotwork International will extend its product portfolio to HAI in the growing Indian market, addressing the need of environmental friendly combustion and melting technology, offering low NOx combustion technology, electric boosting, hydrogen burners and many more to various industries.

Hotwork CEO Benjamin Köster handed a welcome gift to the HAL team during the event marking the agreement: the Swiss “Treichel” or Cow Bell, which contains ornaments, symbolizing the tradition and rich heritage of Switzerland and the contribution of the global group to protecting the environment and working towards full sustainability.

The Management choose the day of Raksha Bandhan (30 August), which is a Hindu festival that celebrates the relationship between brothers and sisters, and families, on the full moon of the Hindu month of Shravana, for the celebration, to underline the relationship of the new acquired sister companies.

The group will strive to deliver and improve the services and products to it’s valued clients at a global reach.
