Grenzebach Romania has introduced a new dual management team; Silviu Nica and Zina Cristea have taken up the positions. With around 200 employees in Iasi, alongside strengthening the glass, building materials, and intralogistics business units, they will focus on developing the site into another manufacturing and engineering centre for the Grenzebach Group.

Ms Cristea will be responsible for Finance & Business and supporting the HR, IT, and Shipping functions in addition to her role as Managing Director of Grenzebach Romania as CFO.

Mr Nica will have overall responsibility for the site as COO. He is also responsible for engineering, purchasing, logistics, planning, production, quality, and on-site management functions.

The expansion is creating around 100 new jobs a 30,000m2 area directly adjacent to the company's existing location. The modern production centre will provide generous space for development and service in addition to production areas for the glass, building materials, and intralogistics sectors.
