Silent Chain manufacturer Ramsey Products has appointed Stacey Heafner as Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative. Ms Heafner’s duties at Ramsey will include responding to customer inquiries and assisting them in determining the best silent chain product for their needs. In addition, Ms Heafner will be responsible for generating quotes, processing orders, and setting up shipments. Her duties include co-ordinating with the manufacturing plant to assure timely product availability.

Ms Heafner comes to Ramsey from a leading manufacturer in the textile Industry where she held similar responsibilities as a Key Account Lead.

According to David Holcomb, Vice-President of Sales at Ramsey, “We hired Stacey because she has a proven history working in a technical environment, a can-do attitude and is an all-around great person to work with. We appreciate her commitment to providing the best customer service possible and I believe our customers will feel the same working with Stacy.”
